This mix combined with 1 Tb lemon juice and 2 cups sour cream creates a robust dip for veggies or chips.  It is also delicious as a salad dressing.  Just combine as much milk or buttermilk and mix with someof the prepared dip until it is the consistency you prefer.  This mix creates a delicious vinaigrette, as well.
