This seasoning mix can be used to create restaurant quality fajitas simply doing a delicious saute' on one pound your choice of meat and thinly sliced onions and sweet peppers.  After the veggies are softened, combine this mix with 3/4 cup of water or broth along with the meat/veggie mixture.  Let it simmer on low for 10-15 minutes to allow all of the flavors marry with the meat and veggies.
